The beach is about 250 meters from the Liberty House Hotel and it is part of the bathhouse Chalet Alta Marea.
From the Liberty House Hotel you can reach it along a paved road, level of 50 m, you cross the railroad through an underpass where there is a sidewalk wide 125 cm, which has a first part downhill ( inclination 8%), 25 meters long with intermediate refreshment, a second part smoothed,14 meters long, a third part uphill (inclination 8%), 18 meters long; then you walk two asphalt and cement sidewalks, smooth and in plan, with a total length of 150 meters.
The bathhouse chalet Alta Marea includes: accessible and barrier-free bar and restaurants, 3 accessible bathrooms, 1 accessible shower room closed, 1 accessible dressing room, plastic platforms (wide 100 cm) to get up the beach umbrella (inclination 8%); available to customers : 1 chair sea Offcar, model Sand & Sea, sun loungers lifted up.
On the sandy beach there is a walkway that leads up to the first row of beach umbrellas until the shoreline (variable inclination, 2-8%).

The Residence Borgo Offida is located 600 meters from the center of Offida; it is composed of 7 two-room apartments (double bedroom, living room-kitchen with double sofa bed and bathroom) equipped with all comforts, common spaces, outdoor garden
ONLY 3 APARTMENTS ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND ALL THE GROUND FLOOR ARE ACCESSIBLE.

It is possible to park your car in the parking lot outside the building (40 meters from the entrance). The path that connects the car parks to the main entrance of the Residence is accessible and barrier-free.

The entrance to the building is on Via della Repubblica 50. There is an external fence equipped with a swing gate with an opening of 120 cm.

The entrance door of the apartment and of the common area, also with hinged opening, have a span of 100 cm. Both are free of steps or thresholds. The path from the external gate to the entrances of the apartments is in smooth cementitious flooring and porcelain stoneware. The path from the main entrance to the entrance of each apartment has maneuvering spaces.

The entrance door of the apartment is hinged with a span of 100 cm. The internal spaces are accessible. The internal doors are hinged and have a span of 80 cm.

The furnishings and finishes have been designed to facilitate the perception and use of the spaces by partially sighted people and/or in wheelchairs. The electric buttons are placed at a height between 40 and 120 cm from the floor, safety box at height 125 from the floor.

Bedroom: wardrobe with sliding doors, beds 85 * 195 cm high 52 cm (can be raised to 62 cm).

Living room-kitchen: the height of the kitchen worktop is 83 cm and the space below is 70 cm; 80 cm high table top, space below the table is 75 cm.

The bathroom of each apartment is accessible and equipped with: floor shower, folding shower cubicle, suspended sink height 80 cm (space below 68 – 70 cm), alarm bell, hand shower on the toilet, support handles for toilet and shower; it is possible to have a raised toilet seat with front opening, free space to approach the toilet from both the side and the front, bidet with the possibility of side approach only in two apartments.

The garden is accessible both in the paved area and in the area intended for lawns, there is a walkway (variable slope, 5-8%) and there are raised sunbeds (H = 50 cm) in the solarium area.
