Weekend and short holidays (up to 3 days)

Price per apartment includes electricity, water and gas bills.
We do not accept pets.

Bookings and payment

CHECK-IN is ONLINE
(within two days before arrival)

We will send you a CHECK IN ONLINE request by email and/or whatsapp approximately 7 days before arrival, with A LINK;
You will be asked:

  1. the identity document of the person booking (photo document and selfie) and only the personal details of the other guests*;
  2. the balance of the rental and any extras: by debit card, credit card, rechargeable card, debit card (NB in ​​case of no-show, it will be returned);
  3. the balance of the security deposit of 150.00 euros: by debit card, credit card, rechargeable card, debit card (NB in ​​case of no-show, it will be returned);
  4. the balance of any tourist tax: by debit card, credit card, rechargeable card, debit card (NB in ​​case of no-show, it will be refunded);
  5. the signing of the rental agreement.

*We remind you that the law requires the facility to identify the customer and register him.

Only after completing all the steps of the online check-in:
the day before arrival we will send you by email and/or whatsapp the electronic keys for access to the apartment (active from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, after confirmation from the reception).

Delivery of apartments:after 4:00 pm
(We recommend that you stick to this timetable to avoid any confusion).

CHECKOUT:
by 10:00 am on the day of departure
the security deposit,barring damages, it will be credited back to your credit/debit card within 24/48 hours (the amount with the correct currency will be visible after a few days, based on your credit/debit card circuit)

 

For those who pay by bank check or cash, upon prior request, it is possible to CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT IN PERSON(within reception opening hours, i.e. 7:00 p.m.)

Check in

  • the balance of the rental of any extras: by bank check or cash (no bank transfer);
  • the balance of the security deposit, to guarantee any breakages, shortages or damages, is 150.00 euros by bank check or cash;
  • identity document of the owner and the personal details of the other guests;
  • signing of the rental contract and cash payment of the tourist tax

 

Delivery of apartments:
between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm
(we recommend that you stick to these times to avoid waiting or confusion).
Arrivals on Sunday can take place from 10:00 to 13:00.

 

Check out:
between 8:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure
the security deposit, barring damages, will be returned in the same manner in which it was paid to us

 

INFORMATION

  • The number of people hosted cannot exceed the number of available beds.
  • Persons not registered in the notification card cannot be accommodated.
  • Upon departure, the apartments (CLASSIC and COMFORT) must be clean and in the same conditions in which they were delivered, otherwise you can pay for the final cleaning separately.
  • Damages caused during the stay to the furniture, the apartment or other items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any early departures with respect to the reception opening hours may result in the non-return of the deposit, which will be sent to the customer’s home only after the apartment has been checked.

TOURIST TAX in Cupra Marittima (for Residence)

Only in the months of July and August

€0.70 per person per overnight stay, up to a maximum of 6 nights.

Exemptions:

  • minors up to the age of 14
  • disabled person who is not self-sufficient and his companion
  • non-self-sufficient disabled person under 18 years of age, both parents are exempt
  • bus drivers and tour leaders of organised groups (1 in 25)

Booking confirmation:
Booking confirmation requires a down-payment covering 30% of the entire price, which must be completed within 5 days after reservation.
If any delay occurs, please let us know by email.
In the absence of prior notice, the apartment will be considered free after 24h from the scheduled arrival date. No discount may be claimed in case of delayed arrival or early departure.

Cancelling or changing your booking

For stays UNTIL JUNE 14th  AND FROM SEPTEMBER 11th

If canceled or modified up to 4 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
Beyond this limit, cancellations, late changes or no-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the stay.

For stays FROM JUNE 15th  TO SEPTEMBER 11th

If canceled or modified up to 42 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
Beyond this limit of 42 days from the date of arrival, cancellations, late changes or no-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the stay.
